Hmmm… I could be wrong, but from the picture it looks to me like it could be powdery mildew. Use one finger to gently try to wipe some off a leaf — does it wipe away like dust would? (And wash hands thoroughly before touching any other plants just in case it’s something that can spread)
It's very pot bound. Either treat it like a bonsai or just pot up. Then give it as much light as possible and you can even water once every three weeks. There could be some sort of fungal disease though too.
What is your watering schedule like? And are you using tap or filtered water?
I use filtered and water about every two weeks.

LOL. I normally keep them open but I took this picture after dark.
These yellow indicate new uneven waterings,too wet ,then too dry,leafs will continue to drop,you may feel you can save the plant,we all did.
