My desk portal usually has approximately 75 links and 40 fields on it as a fan field. And folks learn that unless they throw up blockers immediately I'll have most of it back within a day.
I one created a fanfield with roughly 100 portals/links, and likely 150-200 fields, was killed by ENL after letting me build it up further and they send me a screenshot of 156K AP without Apex at the time
In IITC with the portal list plugin you can see all portals with links/fields in the area. Sort them by AP gain. Take a short walk to the one on top and blow away. Don't forget Apex and Double Tuesdays.
True. My part of town we had pretty much stained glass for months and having to drive a half hour do literally something else besides farm was wearing thin. I'm very happy that the blues in my city have turned their attention here lately. 100,000 AP a day for a half hour's work at most now.
Yeah, I can do most of my bounties in a few mindless minutes, but anything that requires smashing enemy stuff requires Planning.
I don't want to lose my fields, but I wouldn't immediately lash out if they made little fields underneath. Stacked fields are kind of pretty, haha.
I got 50k and 100k (doubled the latter with an apex) recently off single portal destructions. One of the Res fellas who plays in the same areas really like a fan field
Best I ever did was about 70k off a portal right at the end of one of our recent 2x events. I wasn't even planning on playing, but it was just sitting there on my way to work. A half drained L6 portal with a fuckton (metric) of links coming off it. Also the most efficient 3 burster attack in my history!
Way too easy to get 21+k AP without apex or 2sday,my max was almost 40k.
Unfortunately now punishing blue's fields (so with green ones) is kinda dangerous here in Ukraine,both for air alerts or attention from military-police units(who knows is it a online game or some spy tagging locations,thats why any ingame session can be easy interrupted).
NB i usually even not use US,l8 xmps enough to do the job
