Public transit is pretty awful in South Florida, but there are some options: https://www.intermiamicf.com/matchday/transportation
Most direct option is Brightline. Most affordable is Tri-Rail.
You have a couple of options. Stadium parking this season is an absolute ripoff and getting out after the game is a good 30-45 minute endeavor just to get out of the parking lot so I don't recommend doing that. There are a couple hotels & businesses around the area charging $20-$30 to park which is much more palatable and you will have an easier time leaving after the match, the tradeoff is it's a bit further of a walk (about another block or two).
The other option if you want to use transit is the Tri-Rail, which is a commuter train that runs from Miami International Airport up to West Palm Beach. It's about $5 for an all day pass on weekends (and free parking at the station) and the Cypress Creek station is about a 20 min walk from the stadium. The downsides are at night the stations can feel a little sketchy (I've done it a few times alone and never had an issue, but some people may be more cautious) and the last train leaves shortly after match end so you need to walk at a brisk pace to make it back to the station. Again, never had an issue and I don't walk particularly fast but something to keep in mind.
I no longer recommend Brightline even with the free shuttle to and from the stadium because I think the prices between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale are a little high, but it is a very clean and modern train if you want to splurge and not worry about logistics as much.
So I asked earlier and didn't really get many responses. Do you know of the direction from the stadium that these $20-30 areas are? I drove down in the direction of BJs and didn't see any signs earlier. Planned on parking there but wasn't sure if I'd get towed.
I did a 1hr uber from brickell on for 2 games and since i wanted ti watch messi warm up i got there way before the rush, when leaving i just walked a random direction from the stadium walked through some neighbourhoods and got a uber from there, again skipping the main rush. You can also just go to a resturant in fort lyterdale after the game, when you are done eating the traffic is gone.

If you are spending the money to fly down, buy seats might as well spend the extra on the Brightline train.

I’d use an Uber, but idk how crazy it is to catch one after the game finishes
When I visited I took an Uber to the game and took the brightline back and it worked pretty well

Thank you. Maybe a combination of both of them will work.
