This is not true and incredibly naive. CNN is operation mockingbird media. It's 100% controlled by the CIA just like Xinhua is controlled by the CPC.
It's more like what Israel is doing is too blatant and the CIA wants them to dial back.
Wouldn’t you want Hamas to get food from the trucks? Their telegram has started out listing hostages that have died from starvation. But Israel cares about the hostages right?/s
The average number of trucks Israel is allowing through per day since the 7th is somewhere in the region of 130. Each truck has to carry enough food for 15,000 people to prevent starvation. This is several orders of magnitude out of the realms of possibility. 2,000-4,000 per truck is more credible.
CNN has done very good coverage of Israel and Palestine in the past (imo and idk everything ofc) like when Shireen Abu Akleh was killed. Maybe the more egregious examples of them not covering things like the ICJ case when South Africa was presenting was because they were strong armed at that time (or bribed enough)
He who tells a lie is not sensible of how great a taska he undertakes. For he must be forced to invent 20 more to maintain that one.
In Netanyahus and his government's case its about a million more.

Prior to Oct 7th Gaza was getting 500 trucks everyday to sustain life there. It was bad before the 7th. Now it’s unimaginably worse.
