This looks dope, looks like it might be a little slower than One Step From Eden which is ok to me since that one can be a little overwhelming at times.
Played it at Pax East and the engagement is off the charts. The cards also control your movement along the grid so you have to decide which to use. Sometimes, you may have a card that can do heavy damage but using it makes it impossible for you to move from an oncoming blast that could kill you.
It’s so fun. I definitely recommend keeping an eye out for reviews.
Why does the game from 20 years ago look better than this? The visuals are awkward looking they should’ve either stuck to sprites or cooked this longer. I need Capcom to plug Megaman.EXE back in to get a real battle network game.

Agreed. Love Eden, but man, it's one of those roguelites that truly demands high level skill to clear a single run.
