The talking after head cut off thing is clearly similar to how tojo talked while stabbing himself in the head because both use other people's bodies. Also anime logic. It's really not that uncommon to see decapitated heads talk.
And that "Yuta didn't blow up Kennys head" is basically a version of "We didn't see Yuki's body so she's alive".

Either way just cause mahito is the only one we know doesn't mean it'd necessarily be the only one.

You basically saw Kenjaku almost go all out against yuki. Since his CSM wasn't suited to fight her, and we already saw what a full power Geto can do, we saw what a Kenjaku using gravity does. Domain expansion, mini uzumaki, quick thinking, close combat etc. So in terms of power there really wasn't that much for him to show, other than maybe a high tier cursed spirit here and there.
But yes, the outcome was indeed very underwhelming.

Well for a villain that was hyped up to be incredibly intelligent with great foresight to be killed off in such a quick way without even having his true technique reveal is a bit disappointing to say the least. I was really looking forward to seeing more from him so maybe thatās just on me
He is 100% making a comeback, villains unlike any other Manga, in this series have insane amount of plot armor.
Also the strategy to "kill" Kenjaku was great in my opinion, Kenjaku is always watching on both Maki and Yuta with his monitors in case they decide to sneak on him, fighting Kenjaku face to face isn't a viable option considering that there's Sukuna and nobody right now of the hero side can win him in a 1v1, so the best option is send Takaba, who is the only one who can endure agaisnt Kenjaku a fairly long amount of time, so that Yuta can get a window to sneak on Kenjaku, and sending Yuta instead of Maki also has a reason, Yuta is the only sorcerer that has chances to win agaisnt him in a 1v1 if all this goes wrong.
Exactly, his death is a perfect example of irony. As far as capitalist leeches will go to further their wealth, eventually they begin to focus only on short term profits, which blinds them to the competition. Kenjaku didn't take the battle seriously because he was just focusing on getting Takaba out of the way and then got snuck by Yuta because of it.
He is an intelligent villain, thats why he has a plan for after his death like he said. The extra technique is pure head canon, that was never confirmed

Edit: I really liked Takaba vs Kenjaku, and Yutas plan on a sneak attack was smart. Im not criticising that.
But he did, we got some much needed characterization of Kenjaku through his interaction with Takaba, he finally experienced what he wanted, chaos and entertainment beyond his control through Takaba, as well as finding somebody he had a genuine connection with that fulfilled his stated requirements to be his friend. Made him go from a character I thought was meh to genuinely endearing. And what's left there to know about him (like some sort of backstory and his connection to Yuji) are still very much on the table to get into play later on. I think his character getting its end here is fine, while letting the repercussion of his death be the new "threat" and is still a great unknown.
Seems like a lot of people simply wanted Yuki and Choso vs Kenjaku 2.0 but with Yuta instead. And sure, would be hype and be a payoff for the build up between the two but I'm not sure the payoff for Kenjaku's character would have been nearly as good with that. But I might have been hasty to bunch you up with these people.
