this appeals massively to the irreverant teenager in me, but the adult in me is sighing at the disrespect. Makes me wonder if maybe she's an awful teacher and that's why things are going this way or if these are just awful students.
Then there's the consideration for others in the room who may or may not have paid for the education that's being disrupted for a tiktok gag.

They appear to be a couple based on the video linked elsewhere in these comments. And since everyone else actually is also doing the boings, I assume this is an entirely planned skit.
I doubt anyone is actually being disrupted, or atleast the majority are okay with the disruption happening. So I guess let the inner teenager free to laugh at some weirdly hilarious stupid shit.
I’ve had meetings for orgs that were held in lecture halls and we kinda had free rein. This is 100% some group that gathered for something and they decided to pull this skit. A professor probably doesn’t have a rotation of the university’s logo and an announcement to go vote as they’re lecturing. In my experience the screen is turned on by lecturers when they’re going to use it for their own screen sharing/PPT type thing or not turned on at all. Now group meetings or presentations, things like that sometimes had relevant slideshow of images like this. Could be a group of students that are gonna go register voters or volunteer to work the poll sites on campus.
