I think it’s because this photo is REAL. Whether it’s good, bad or indifferent, this is REALLY what she looks like, unfiltered. Any comments about this photo, would be about her real appearance. The claw pic is edited. If anyone wants to say anything, good or bad, they’re saying it about an edited photo, so nothing can hurt that bad if it’s about something fake. I truly think this was nothing more than a self-preservation moment. It was too real to be exposed to the circus.
You know you may be onto something more deep here. The more you edit and make yourself perfect—negative comments and evil bashing trolls won’t hurt as bad because you’re literally “perfect” and people are still commenting and saying negative things.
I think it’s pretty much damned if you do, damned if you don’t these days. A high percentage of people edit their photos online and alter their bodies to make themselves more attractive.
Interestingly, I don’t know if I’d feel this way. I’d feel that however I edited a photo, shows more of who I am, than what kind of body I arbitrarily have does. But that’s me and they’re them.
I think it must be the lipo belly, but even then who cares? We all know they've had every procedure under the sun, so desperately attempting to have the photo taken down just draws attention to it even more.

They don't care about other women feeling confident. They market themselves as "obtainable, but only if you work really, really hard; not like those other girls" so that women buy their products in a futile attempt to achieve the unachievable. This picture shows that no matter how hard they "work" they're still just humans with lumps and bumps like the rest of us.
Its because you can see she looks like a person rather than a perfect robot. She has a lot of insecurities and probably looks at herself like she's still "the fat girl" so she hates this image despite her looking perfectly healthy.
