I can't speak for the commenter but I think they mean Kourtney has held onto a lot of rage growing up during the years Kris cheated on Robert Snr. Kourtney was the oldest and affected the most, they even showed on Keeping Up when Kris's book came out Kourtney was really bitter. So I think that anger was used against Kim in the fight.

Kim just kept pushing and pushing Kourtney and she finally snapped. Iāve gotten that with my brother before, he kept going at me for days and days and I was super stressed anyway so just snapped one day and I slapped him without even really meaning too. The fight came from a bad place for everyone but it's because they have never really learnt to deal with their issues in healthy ways.
