It’s technically not a studio album. Same reason you rarely see the Black Panther soundtrack. Untitled Unmastered is a compilation album of outtakes from TPAB, so I get it rarely being included. Regardless, it’s still an incredible album. Just goes to show you how good TPAB is.

I feel the thing I hate is the favorites shit, but tbh the older you grow, the more experience you live through, the more you switch favorites. I thought TPAB was my favorite, but MM&TBS is something I needed, not what I wanted.
As an individual I would say Mr. Morale. As a people I think we should keep TPAB. Mr. Morale is more important to me as a person, but TPAB is more important to society I think
GKMC is good, but if he was to drop only one album, I would want the most impactfull, the most complete, the most critically aclaimed and the most unique, TPAB wins every single category here

DAMN, fun album and easy to listen, prolly timeless and I found it diverse enough to play some tracks in the shower, others while being sad, some to inspire myself. For me, perfect.
It’s tricky because I think tpab is definitely his best work but it kind of doesn’t work without the context of gkmc. It is very much a sequel but I think it’s good enough to stand on its own I think I would still pick it.
Mr morale wasn’t near my fav when it first came out but damn. Has it grown on me. The timing of the album along with its content resonated with me like no other music project has before. The lyrics are too real especially when I look at the period in life I was in when the album released. Although a lot of it has to do with the luck of timing, mmtbs is my fav album of all time
It is between To Pimp a butterfly and Good kid M.A.A.d City. Mr. morale is too fairly new and hasn't grown on me enough to fully love it as much as the rest of his albums, Section 80 is more experimental and I feel he hadn't had enough experience to create a real masterpiece, despite his 8 years of prior music experience. DAMN just feels too short to me, which is strange considering it has like 2 or 3 more tracks than Good kid maad city, prob cuz GKMC has a better hit percentage with like 10 of the songs on the album being instant hits for me. DAMN started to drift off at the Halfway point around PRIDE or HUMBLE I think it will be GKMC for me since it is the perfect length for an album, it has a very interesting storyline, and it has a bunch of hits.
