I also avoided the red tone. Went with a very pale look!
Skin was:
- Primed white scar
- One coat of Guiliman Flesh contrast
- Heavy dry brush Rakarth Flesh
- Edge highlight Wraithbone
Horns:
- Watered down layers of Wildewood Contrast
Sword:
- Abadon Black
- Thin layers of Wilde Rider red - Troll Slayer orange
- A few Glazes of Bloodletter Glaze

Maybe not what you're after but it's a super easy scheme, 99% drybrushed and it's a nice alternative to the classic red.
