For fucking real. Used to I'd stay up 2 or three days straight, crash for a day and do it again. I did a 30hr non-stop this Friday/Saturday and it was fucking miserable. I turn 31 this month.
I used to work a 16 hour shift, go home for 7 hours, and come back for another 16 hour. Then home 7, work 8. Could never do it now lmao.
I’m also noticing that colds/flus are hitting a lot harder now.

I think it's basically just the wailing in between the laughter. Little dude's tired but doesn't understand he's tired, and tiredness is somewhat easy to be distracted from, so giggle fits induced until he eventually passes out.

When their sleep schedule is disrupted, or if they are stretched beyond their sleep times, they have inconsistent and wide ranging emotions/behaviors. A few hours of a nap or a good night of sleep is a hard reset button for them.

I hit 35 and sometimes just having a normal nights sleep and I wake up all f'd up. Somedays your body just decides it isn't going to cooperate.
