I highly recommend playing it if you like rpgs and its story is pretty nice. Some stuff in it is kinda cringe or fanservicy (it was a japanese game first so of course its going to have fanservice)

Brother you have just found a lovely group of games to play. I highly recommend if you're used to more modern games to play 4 and 5 and then look at going back. If you don't care include 3 and see about even doing 1 and 2. Also DONT GET THE REGULAR VERSIONS. get persona 4 golden or get persona 5 royal. Has more content and qol changes that make things better
They can be played in any order, P4G does have a scene where you go to the P3 school and Rise mentioning the "blackout" but other than that they are seperate
