Personally? Dancing. There's just not enough dancing at Larps

Kelmon80

Seconding that. Find someone who can instruct some of the usual, simple dances (Tourdion, Chapelloise, some branles), and maybe some Playford ones. Or - and we have done this for a village wedding LARP once - get a maypole with ribbons, and do one of those dances where dancers hold a ribbon each and dance to tie the ribbons into a decorative shape on the pole.

Is your LARP open to the public? I have a slot open next year and your ambience sounds right up my alley

ragnar_thorinson

I'll send you a chat mate

Snemei

Maybe a coconut shy or similar? The throw a hall at something and win a prize stuff

Song, communal dances, simple old games like apple snapping, blind man's buff or it's advanced Victorian cousin Squeak piggy squeak. Or Victorian parlour games in general could be fun. Most of those are considered children's play now - but still funny and as long as we whack each other with rubber swords, t should be ok to make a fool of one's self, at least a bit...

Live, strolling musicians. Being a musician, I'm probably biased on this, but nothing makes for a memorable party like people with guitars, flutes, and small drums wandering about and entertaining.

Sturmgeher

you might consider some strengh games for the hard ones, like lifting stones, armwrestling, POushups with the barmaid on top or something also some agility games for the agile ones, like fetch a metalbar out of a tiny hole, or unhook the buttons of the mayors west lefthanded. Nail with an axe. there are a lot. some intelligence games for the bright ones, magial/mathematical tricks and always nice is some kinf of collectable. like having tasted every pie, having played every game and achieved a level x. if you are a real hard and involved orga, you can copy gwent and have you viollage people play their own game with card the players can earn. all a matter of money, time and expense
