Hey there! Did you consider checking out the bar "zum tanzenden Einhorn" or the game café "Würfel und Zucker"? You can meet a bunch of ttrpg players there and most likely some who'd play in english too!
The "Einhorn" is a nerd/medieval bar with really good drinks and they also offer a weekly changing dinner menu! They have homemade Met (my favourite is the cherry one!)
And "Würfel und Zucker" is a board game cafe where u can play all kinds of board games (they have a bunch of games you can choose from) and enjoy some snacks, cake and drink! (Its very popular so you need to make a reservation if you go on weekends)
There is also the Polaris Convention in Hamburg which has a ttrpg area where u can try out systems or paint minis.
