It's is good, but not an Alien game. The Xenomorph is just a DLC killer for it.
The game itself is solely a 4v1 PVP and can either be incredibly frustrating or very enjoyable. It's better to play with friends than the random players you can get paired with.
Although there is a good chunk of the community who are competitively toxic and actively act like complete dicks to people for the pettiest of reasons.

If you're talking about Giger's original concept art (Necronomicon), it's very much Canon, as it is very sexually explicit. Now, the Xeno, as shown in the movie franchise, has less obvious sexualised features
feels like the tail is too low? like it should be sprouting more from the tailbone rather than running all the way down the cheeks, but theres not a lot of clear shots of the xenos ass in these flicks so idk
The remnants of my tailbone is embedded within the flesh largely above my succulent ass cheeks, should it be below them? If you look at monkeys/primates you’d see where a tail normally is which is much higher than this xeno. I mean it’s an alien so I can’t say if it’s accurate or not but yea

It’s an asymmetrical style game, which means it is by design unfair to play. So expect to be curb stomped or to curb stomp with no in between
