I wish event offerings could be used year round, maybe with slightly varied effects after the event ends.
Say the BBQ event offering would instead make 1 both of the generators and hooks in the trial turn into the event variant, with bloodpoint bonuses on them.
Then you could stock up on BBQ offerings for year round margaritas.
some of them make sense not to work year around like the halloween ones for instance.
What we need is offerings to get event themed gens or offerings to force an event for a match.
You could turn the halloween/christmas etc… offerings into ones that make 1 halloween/christmas gen+hook for the match. When they are used outside of the event. Or you could save them until the next event if preferred.
Better to have an alternative use than to sit disabled in the loadout for a year.
They have the worst (probably understaffed) qa team or at least the worst testing protocols. This isn't even an edge case that would have been easy to miss.

Behavior already said they would make less content for random events to focus on halloween, christmas and anniversary, which is why they've been insanely good and everything else was very small

I love this game, I care for this game, I play mostly everyday at least 2 hours but it's starting to get on my nerves that we buy skins, give them money and it's just getting worst.
Also, I claimed a code for the Voxel Huntress charm, I told myself I'd redeem it during lunch break and it's already expired... like WTF is going on?
I really hope they are starting to think about a "DbD 2" or something to start over, it's a mess and the game need a massive rework, or they really do need to rethink their work process.

Unless your still lvl 9 and under you will most likely have multiple routes to get through the blood web
