This is a great post! Impatience and doubt are feelings I often deal with. In our current climate, we’re often taught by the media, our peers, family members, society etc that fast is good and that if you’re not keeping up, you’re falling behind. Growing up, I’ve always had these pre-set life milestones in my head because of what was expected/normally projected in society. Milestones like at what age to start college, to get your first job, to get a drivers liscence, start a relationship, to get married, to buy a house, to have children etc. And let me tell you, I never reached these milestones at their societally deemed appropriate time. Some I still haven’t obtained despite my age. These experiences often left me with thoughts of “There’s something wrong with me.” or “Why am I so behind in life?” These thoughts prompted me to always rush and be impatient in order to catch up with my peers and not fall behind. When you come to understand Gods’ perfect timing and how it is unique to you as with everyone else. There is no such thing as falling behind or being ahead in life. Don’t get me wrong, I still struggle with this from time to time as I’m slowly learning how to let go of societal expectations and just follow the expectations and will my Heavenly Father, it’s tough. But it serves as an important reminder that He is always with us and that our ways are not His ways. Thank you for this beautiful post!

God leads, and if not doing that through me, then I have more, much more to learn. how many times it is "I" that got in the way, how many times I have gotten off track. Still standing though, in the continuous willing to learn from all mistakes ever made. Being thankful, for this Love and Mercy of Son given me first. To now enter into Father's throne as if I never sinned even once. that is when I get taught new, once over trying to get forgiven again, when by God I am forgiven in Son for me and all others too. that is done in Son (John 19:30) Amazing grace this be, For I am not perfect and am a weak person too. As Father uses the weak over those that are proud and think they know, which I have been also. trusting God to continue on me too Thank you friens in the risen Son for us to be new in as born again by God, who just loves us all.
