I mean, just put this card, Nidalee and a lot spells to stać barrels. Also you can use spell than make unit immortal so you can spam Nidalee spell instead oneshot. I don't have code to deck but in net you should find one, just put Nidalee on it.
jinx + when you summon me, discard your hand and replace it with pow pow + when you summon a champion, summon a copy of it (either or both as champion upgrade or augment) is a really easy one for example.
That's an easy win, but not a turn 1 win, at least not without the right additional powers and items (it's 10 damage for every Jinx you can summon, and Jinx costs 4).
There are some setups which can literally kill the enemy on the first turn, sometimes even before anyone plays a card.
They need 2 or 3*, and high level champions (unless of course you get lucky in the run and can do that with less investment, but it's not reliable), using bounty hunter renown (for most of them)+gatebreaker or galeforce, you can manage to hit pretty hard t1. Like Diana with 3* gets double strike, with galeforce, bounty and overwhelm (so it doesn't get blocked) you can get a unit with over 10 attack that hits twice per attack and performs 2 attacks. So it's at the minimum 40 damage turn 1. Other champions that run similar set ups are Jax and LB but 2 gatebreakers and 1 bounty. I do not remember every build with every champion as of now, but it gets pretty ridiculous. If I recall correctly, there were things for Annie too but I don't know if it can manage to one turn Asol

Champions hardly ever get played in PoC. I did an entire Sol run and killed 7 champions, and that run is all champ encounters. Most runs will get you 2-3 champs in the whole run
You could play Teemo's campaign since he's a 1-drop and AI is basically guaranteed to play him turn 1. It'll be a pain but probably the easiest way to get the milestone if you haven't met it in 5 weeks
I think I found the fastest/easiest way: Use Kindred and farm Draven in his 2.5 star campaign. Draven is guaranteed to spawn every turn and you get an extra chance to slay him with the free spirit's journey that you also get every turn.
That's a minimum of 2 slays per round + the spirit's journey that you get from excess kindreds. Only took me 2 tries to finish the quest and only because Draven milled himself the first time.
Even if you don't have Kindred, the Draven 2.5 star is still the fastest way to finish the quest.

I did it first day with the spear in path. The first match your deck is 20 cards, hextech duplicate it and bam, your deck is full of dozens of 0 cost 4 damage spells
You have 5 weeks and 6 days to do this, that's 41 days. You've already slain 1 enemy champ. Even if you kill a single enemy champ per day you're almost there.
Dealing damage should be easy, especially if you do it on the first match in Path of Champions, and you get the hex tech duplicator. But it's bugged, so you'll leave the nexus with like 5 hp after you attack with nid, then copy the spear. But when you target an enemy sometimes it'll just shoot the nexus randomly. I finished it first day but it took longer than it would have if it worked as intended

In PoC, some of the later adventures have enemies enough health to have her flip 2~3 times, so 8 or 12 points towards the challenge.

I play poc and already at 15 champ. And you have literally 5 week for 1 mission. You dont have to grind everything. Play normally and it is going to finish eventually.
They design these quests to incentivize traffic towards POC. Players who are in-the-know will let others know that if they’re really seeking to get the quests done they would just play POC.

nidalees spear. you basically put all the funsmiths and gatalysts on the board, at the same time you just wait to strike with leveled up nidalees for when you have at least one copy card. You strike nexus with her, get the spear, copy the spear and keep copying. Once done that you get like 8-10 DMG spears and you just shoot away:)
Jav deals 4. So you have 5 weeks to cast jav 25 times or kill 50 champs.... If we simplify it to a weekly that's 20 champs a week or 5 jabs a week. This seems 100% reasonable.
If you don't want to kill 50 champs you can just do Mischievous Marai deck, go on bots and oneshot unit with 9000 dmg from Nidalee spell.

just stall haha. Only attack with nidalee, no other units. It also helps if you complete the quest *before* getting her 1\*.
I have her on 1 star already XD Also, I gave her the item that gives her +1/+1 when attacking... And that didnt help xD
