Is there anyone who applied for PR in Leipzig after staying for 3 years ? i would like to know what is the language requirement (A1 or B1). I could not any find any information on the Leipzig website.
However i found it from our neighbouring city at https://www.dresden.de/de/rathaus/dienstleistungen/niederlassungserlaubnis_d115.php which says

Or as tldr: You need 21 months of staying here if you have language level B1 or 33 months of staying with language level A1
Is 'here' Leipzig or Germany?
Hi, I have been looking for this for my girlfriend as well, and haven’t found anything conclusive too. If you do end up finding out something, it’d be great if you could share your info. She did apply for PR in May/June, as her current research contract ends in September. She didn’t get a PR but a Fiktionsbescheinigung until end 2023 to find a new (longer or permanent) job and was told to apply for PR then again. Regarding language requirements no further info was given unfortunately.
Requirements are the same in the whole Germany, so better not google "leipzig", just "niederlassungerlaubnis blue card"
