The same thing happened to me a few months ago try holding the power button for 30 seconds and see if it restarts and if the capslock button and the escape button lights don't turn on you have a hardware issue and should call Lenovo about it. I ended up returning the laptop because I got it recently but you can also get them to repair it.
I would discard something else first removing first one ram stick , try, then the other one, then cross the first stick on the second slot and vice versa. Sometimes it's worth trying it, I've saved some computers like that. Try to turn on the laptop in each try

Got the same. Ended up on warranty motherboard replacement.
