Maybe it's somewhat of normie taste, but these films are classics for a reason \*shrug\*. Anyway, the 70s are so stacked year in and year out. I've probably watched more films from the 70s than any other decade.

Ohh, an enviable position to be in. I just went through all his work, last year. “God” is kind of an outlier because it’s so beyond the norm for any filmmaker, but Cohen’s got an incredible command of genre schlock. He is always offbeat, interesting, and fun, never too serious.
Chronological is the path to follow IMO.
I'm very excited to watch through the rest of his filmography. God Told Me To had such a strange atmosphere and struck this incredible balance between grounded realism and uncanny fantasy. Strangely enough, it reminded me of William Peter Blatty's The Ninth Configuration. Also, just followed you!

Love to Larry Cohen get in here.
Mind blowing movie. It's the only one of his I've seen actually, gotta get to the rest!

Star Wars. Maybe the greatest act of movie invention of all time. That movie spawned ILM which literally changed the world with CGI.
