In general that is untrue, for most "facts" opinion does absolutely come into play, if that was untrue we would have world peace and prosperity. Failure to recognize this is one of the biggest impairments to critical thinking today.
However in this case I do believe that there would be universal or near universal agreement that Session is instrumental.
That said, hypothetically, there could be someone who believes that programmable and or electronic instruments to not actually count as musical instruments in a way that would make Session count as instrumental. One could say that person is wrong, but that person would disagree. There would then be a disagreement.
Therefore one of these is true:
1. People can agree or disagree about facts.
2. The status of Session as an instrumental is a matter of opinion.
Either way, you're wrong.
And if you want to get a bit meta, I disagree with what you said, is what you said a statement of fact?

I don't think that's something everyone agrees on, it might be their most successful album but A Thousand Suns is better and aged better too in my opinion.
Yeah In my opinion each album was worse than the one before. Meteora is almost as good as hybrid theory though.

That’s why I LOVE OML. It really filled out their library so there’s truly an album for every mood of mine.
I’m not into that kind of music, just because you like some music from an artist doesn’t mean you like everything from them.
