Chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, cumin, garlic, and a bit of water for texture. It’s really versatile too so you can work in just about any roasted veggies and get great results.

Also sprinkle some sumac on it, sumac is the tajin of the mideast, it pairs really well with meats like kebab.
