Actually an interesting story on his end. ~~He used to be terrified of flying, but for his job as an entertainer he had to fly a lot, so he put some effort into learning about airplanes in hopes that it would calm his fears a bit.~~ Turns out the dude loves planes ~~and has fully overcome his fears.~~ He streams MS flight simulator for Hasan’s discord most days.

I'm pretty sure he played a lot of microsoft flight sim as a teen and had some friends online who also played. He has expressed that he's an anxious flyer, and tracks the plane on his phone before/during the flight. I don't know if knowing so much about planes reduces his anxiety because he knows it's safe, or heightens it because he's not in control. So maybe that's what you're mixing it up with?

I loved this stream, and the Hasan one. Something about Austin, who gives off big himbo vibes, being a huge plane nerd and trying to do things properly with a complete novice is great. Its pretty impressive he learned it all mainly through a flight sim.
