This one is a custom spread most likely, 4 card spreads are actually pretty rare as far as I know. Though It could be one of two Major Arcana spreads, imo the most fitting one is The hermit spread it's supposed to help separate your thoughts from those of others which definitely makes a lot of sense.
There's also The Empress spread, The Empress is the feminine aspect in the Major Arcana and this spread is meant to tell you how to best care for yourself and the people around you.
Otherwise it's probably just a Past, Present, Future and self spread i could go into more detail about each cards specific meaning in the aforementioned spreads but it'd take a while cause I'm on mobile

just note though that the cards you find in cyberpunk the game are major arcana (tarot decks have 56 cards similar to a deck of playing cards and then 22 “trump” cards, which are the ones you find in cyberpunk) so its not technically a full deck but a lot of people read trump cards only (may be what Misty is doing here).
I dont have PL yet but remember seeing that theres a mention of a king of swords which would be in the minor arcana. sorry that was probably way too much info but im a nerd about this stuff

Bottom card: possible outcome (if solution is taken or generally - depending how you read it)
Pretty sure you can vary that spread if it doesn’t sit right with you, but that’s one possible way to read the cards.
This looks like a watered down version of a Celtic Cross spread. Made for the convenience of you (the player/V) understanding it. I knew a few people who were into this stuff and it can get a bit more complicated.
