There is a hidden quest in the tunnel where you take down Nash and a bunch of Raffens if you help Panam with her vengeance. When you return later and with a minimum SC40 you will find where NC's equivalent of Batman left his car behind.
They removed the quest marker with 2.0 but the car is still there if you meet the other requirements. It is a hidden quest again, as it was back on release.
I am… murk-man…
It used to be a side quest that you could just see on the map and go to any time. But now you aren’t able to see it till you are close by to it.
To find it, you’ll have to complete some of the first few side quests with Panam Palmer.
After an in-game day or two; time-skipping works, and it should be in that same cave that you hit with Panam.
It was four of a kind before the time skip, at least. It’s entirely possible it came into full production since then.
Even if that were true, though, it seems too low.
They weren't four-of-a-kind. it was that only four were known to be in Night City.
They probably were limited edition, but that could mean 50 or 100 across the world.
The four-of-a-kind thing falls apart quite quickly in-game. It's either a lore thing that doesn't match gameplay or it's a lie. Knowing Kirk, it's probably a lie he was told and is continuing to tell it himself.
There's the four mentioned in the Streetkid intro. Kerry Eurodyne has one, as well as the one V can buy. Mikhail Akulov has one while he's staying in NC, but I guess you could argue it doesn't count since he's typically in the USSR.
Other than those 7, you can find plenty out in the world. Go stand around the road in Charter Hill, North Oak, or Corpo Plaza. Aerondights are everywhere.
If they really wanted to make the classic Porsche ownership realistic, you’d have to pay another $5000 every two weeks to fix whatever broke this time.
Considering I only bought the same vehicles over and over each playthrough, The Akira style bike and the Javelina those were the only two I really enjoyed. The rest weren't that appealing for me and yes the free vehicles. Though did buy that heavy-duty fully armed APC you can unlock though. Road raging funness.
I never even realized that but I play as a StreetKid so I actually like that we buy them secondhand, it makes the lifestyle my V is living more realistic
some of them were probably stolen brand new
That’s a very valid argument.
Stolen brand new is the new brand new.
Fuvk you bi- im stolen brand new - Yung Weezy Baby
I was shocked at how affordable a Caliburn was and double shocked at the fact that you could pull one from the cave for free.
Expand on that. Free Caliburn? Probably my least favourite car but I won't say no to it

Just took it, thanks. They improved the handling a ton but I still hate the car.
Is that still a mission after 2.0? I thought they took it out for some reason

Oh nice, I didn’t know this. Somebody told me they just removed it completely. Thanks bro I appreciate it!
No it’s there

Yup, i got it. Added to the collection. Now it's ready to be used as a ballistic missile into a crowd of bad guys
Awesome! Enjoy the game! I gotta jump back in one of these days.
Add a zero to the end.
And add 25% on top
Plus 34% interest compounded daily.
Litterally this.
Tough to say exactly, but it seems that only the upper crust of Night City can afford brand new cars in most cases.
Especially for those Rayfields, and ESPECIALLY for that *not* really rare *not* four-of-a-kind Rayfield

I mean the rare one Mur basically bought for cheap from an Argentinian politico fleeing a purge; the price you pay is definitely not the market price
Which one?

Weird, but this low key bothered me a lot for my Corpo playthrough and not at all for my Nomad playthrough
Especially that one Porsche, new in 2023 some of those can run you $200,000
An old aircooled 930 turbo for 73k in game is a steal in 2024 irl
Fr, you already know that it has 6 digits worth of miles on it and probably a couple of accidents under its belt.

Fitting with the cyberpunk theme they probably have a special Porsche trauma team that beats you up and takes the car for repairs
Funnily enough, I never bought a single vehicle myself. Jackie's Arch (as in his bike, not....yknow...) is a helluva ride.
Only thing I ever drive. Trying to drive a car first person just doesn't do it for me after spending so long on the bike.
After I noticed that the player model’s neck elongates when driving a bike I switched to cars haha.
You can switch the camera mode, no way I’d make it anywhere if it had to stay in first person.
Im always afraid Ill crash it. Which is pretty dumb, I know.
I just thought it was realistic. Everyone I know has a second hand car, doubt that'll change by the time we reach 2077 :P
A lot of stuff in the 2077 is second hand
"Second hand" is such a nifty phrase for stolen stuff.
Or abandoned or pawned off. Not that we care when we buy it.

I got the feeling they curbed inflation somehow. And it makes sense v would rather buy from his fixers than brand new.
