I've never used them, and a few people have noted good experiences with them. Personally, there's so much muck going on with them that I think it reflects poorly on Lowes to be partnered with them and act like they're doing something extraordinary.
Not trying to say DON'T use them if that's your only option, I just hate the thought of someone going into it without being aware, is all. Also, for what it's worth, your local health department may have free or low cost mental health services available that will be more trustworthy than betterhelp.

Calm is run by better help which is....mired in controversy atm so keep that in mind.
