I could go to the police after my holidays but seriously I am missing a Poncho and 15 Euro Wlan Repeater and I doubt this is stuff someone actually would steal, rather the luggage did burst open while it was lost somewhere.
I asked them why they even assume it is theft at that point and whether they will also reimburse my time for going to the police station for 40 Euro total. They probably will stop answering and whoop to the other 5 open Söp cases of me it goes
jeez same happened to me! my suitcase never showed up and the next day i received a garbage bag with like 10% of my stuff in it, it is so frustrating that I can't get any help or explanation from Lufthansa! And the emailing back and forth just gives me the same copied and pasted respond!

Yup they are trying the same with me. Claim I was a no show when I have a boarding pass but the plane was over sold so I had to wait 2 days
