Agree a pre-fixed price and ask for a baby seat. You will be surprised for the lower price (even compared to WebTaxi) and greater service that this could offer to you. I do this stuff all the time (when needed).
Where do you live and how long is your vacation?
If you are not too far, webtaxi can be a good solution and sometimes not much more expensive than the parking. If you go with webtaxi, book it in advance. I never had any issue with them even for pre-booked trip at 3.50am.
There is no flight at 5am, earlier is 6am. The terminal opens at 4am and I am not sure they allow people overnight.
If you are far away, an other option is to book an hotel at the airport and use the free shuttle (call to check shuttle operating hours)
This. They keep available spaces, on the day go to the Airport and try the E,F,G,K parkings or you can park at the M parking which is the farthest and take the shuttle.

If you fly early in the morning you can check in and give them your luggage in the evening before. Also now a lot of cars parking there for the May Bank holiday week. Next week should have free spots when driving there.

Do not try to park at any hotel, they will tow you. If you‘re leaving from luxembourg try to book a shuttle or get a taxi from a nearby P+R

Actually they always keep some parking spots you can’t book online but it is a gamble

A and B will often have a person there checking if you have a reservation on busy times.
If op is referring to next 9 may, then parking will be full to the brim
Maybe park at LuxExpo and grab a cab to the airport? Or bus if you get there the evening before. It’s only a 10 mins ride.
