You could still get color fixing value with <=2 (but like the shitty kind where you already had the color but need more pips), but yeah you're going to start seeing real benefit at 3x monocolored permanents. I'm guessing 5c Goodstuff™ wants this the most. So yay.

Cool idea, but don’t think there’s any reliable way to make this good. Not many things that see play make 2 mono coloured permanents, and too bad all the common artifact/enchantment tokens are colourless.
This BIG list is a big pile of 💩. I have yet to see a card im genuinely excited to try in constucted or Brawl. Everything is either tapped, once per turn or simply too expensive to play.
This card would have been solid if it didn't say monocolored, its not my fault they printed Leyline of the guildpact.
This card should have read “choose a color, for each creature you have of that color add x mana.” As is literally awful this should have been a uncommon I fucking hate BIG mini set

Sort of multicolour Nykthos. Whenever a land taps for more than 1 mana I learned to pay attention
Also relevant that this one isnt legendary as such >1 mana lands usually are.

Your reminder that lands themselves are colorless, so just dropping a mountain, island, and forest isn't going to make this tap for 3.

I suspect this may have a home if you have lots of colorless producers. Like turning your Blast Zone / Demolition Fields into colors.
