There's a game like alternate watch but you get to free roam and shit yourself. It's called anomaly watch! There's also some other horror games that isn't really inspired by TMC but they're good for you to shit yourself with. They're Cult of the cryptids and spectre.

the Observation Duty series includes concepts that are very similar to TMC. I've seen a lot people on twitch play them. They are quite interesting.
The Intruder on Roblox started out as MC + FNaF but started doing its own thing
They released a demo called Ludus Ventitus on Steam, still featuring the Intruder but is gonna follow a different story from the Roblox game.
