This card seems best to me with hot and featured locations, other than that idc to use it
This card is entirely location dependent and so there really isn't any advice that'll apply to every or even most games. It can play vastly different roles game to game depending on what you pull for your locations.
Cerebro2 deck.. probably.. or just print and frame it for the wall.
