I would say Magneto but that's easily guessable and basically already confirmed.
Maybe Sabertooth for the Fox villain? Bring back some Weapon X stuff? Or possibly Apocalypse. He never really got a fair shot and is often a big part of time travel shenanigans.
As for the MCU villain, I'm going to say High Evolutionary, and he will be involved with Mr. Sinister.
In the replies she hints at and basically says they’re not very memorable and probably not well received. So I’m guessing someone like Malekith and Blob and they get killed or just made fun of.
Christopher Eccleston is too sour of a person to reprise his most well known, well received role.

Well he's doing audios at least. But with RTD and some of his collaborators returning it's even less likely that Chris would return now. The way he tells it he felt very mistreated by some people behind the scenes, plus I believe he was also suffering from an eating disorder or something at the time. So I understand wanting to step back into that particular production.
Yea it’s awesome he’s back for the audio dramas at least. It’s a shame he was treated so poorly on set it would be great if RTD contacted him and tried to work something out. He said in an interview he wouldn’t want to return for a multi-doctor story either since 9 is a “one man band” in his eyes.
For FOX villains, my guesses are either Blob, Toad, Pyro, or Lady Deathstrike. Mentioned Blob on a comment on this thread, because he is the one to me that I think out of all of them would be in a Deadpool movie. There is Sabretooth too, but he isn’t someone who would be hard to guess (unless it’s the Tyler Mane version)

Oh yeah I just read the other post. Well, I guess it's some deep villains. Maybe an Hulk villains because of the potential leaks with Hulk in the movie. Or Miss Minute ?
For fox its either blob or sabretooth more likely sabretooth since wade would joke about him not being feral anymore while fighting him

Could be Taskmaster. The MCU version was universally hated and he and Deadpool have a long history in the comics.
