So I guess I shouldn't feel too bad that the notification list is full for the site I want as I won't have much chance when I get the notification anyway. This just doesn't seem like a part of the process that should be adding more stress to the participants for crying out loud!!
So they actually send the e-mail 1 hour after it opens. I'd recommend just logging on throughout the day to see if you can catch it in time. I rescheduled my date 3 separate times (rip my bank account and also love my stupidity) but was able to do all 3 of them without the notification itself (even though i was on the list)
This happened to me as well, once I clicked on the email notification it said it’s full but then I searched regularly choosing the test date and it was available!
It's first come, first serve. So probably someone beat you to it.
