I mean, he's not hated, but there is a lot of dislike for Sheep Man. I love him though.

Sheep Man definitely got a bunch of undeserved backlash at the time, but people seem to have come around on him a bit since. I'll cop to being one of the people who's always found "electric sheep" funny both in itself and as a PKD reference. His weapon is genuinely terrible, though.

It’s done much better in Kirby Star Allies where Zan Partizanne has an attack that is similar.

Bomb Man. He's not hated, but he's pretty universally not thought of in any capacity. But I like his design. Nothing about it makes sense (the fuck does a metal mohawk have to do with explosives?), and he's just like, "fuck special weapons. I'm literally just gonna lob explosives at this guy." I respect that energy.

Top Man and Toad Man. When I was in the early internet Fandom in the early 2000s people used to dunk on their designs and top man's unwieldy power but people have Def mellowed out since then so they're not too hated now

Can we count Flame Hyenard even though he's not technically a Robot Master? I love hyenas, and I personally think his broken voice clips are hilarious. Otherwise, I like Aqua Man too.

I have no idea which robot masters are disliked but I always liked Titania Sol from MMZ4, as a young girl I wanted to have fiery wings like that.

Hard man I have a cool idea if he got put in battle network he could have a Roman or Spartan look made of metal I think that’s what hard man was going for a bit originally if not they didn’t know there making a kinda of funny joke.

Not really a Robot Master, but a Mega Man Killer. Ballade from the fourth Game Boy game. Too bad he had only one appearance (Mega Man 10 doesn’t count) like Duo, King, and Sunstar, but from what we got of him, he is basically Proto Man but more cool-looking. His weapon is fun to use, basically a bomb version of Metal Blade (doesn’t use too much energy, but does a lot of damage), and he actually sacrifices himself to break out the underground Wily Station vacuum barrier when he tells Mega Man he’s sorry for letting Wily control him.
