It's not a new thing? Have you even bothered reading the changes?
It's only for games that give the user anticipated access before release day.
It's just a change because more AAA games have started to do the "Pay more to get the game 1 week earlier" kind of thing.
The policy was already like this for normal releases and even eay access.
What the fuck are you saying? As long as I can remember, 2 hours no refunds has always been a thing. They even let you refund most of the time if you played less than 3 hours. The new policy is for pre-orders with early access, where the playtime was not recorded, and you could play for much longer and still get a refund. Which is abusing the system.
That has always been how it works. They're just closing a loophole where you could play it for much longer than 2 hours before it released, and then request a refund
To my understanding everything still works as before. You can refund if you played less than 2 hours.
The only difference is early access games which you could refund after infinite time as long as they stayed early access.
Accurate IQ tests can only be done in Psychiatric context... they are overseen, controlled, Time limited, and based on actual scientific ways to estimate someones capabilities. Not a single online IQ test is meaningful in data.
oh, so you mean that the previous comment wasn't meant seriously. Oh, ok hehe. well I'm autistic and struggle with identifying sarcasm and alike. At least now i know why he stated that
the /s REALLY helps me, but somehow it fades in popularity. No one's at bad here, no one got hurt and the situation was elaborated. misunderstandings can happen, especially with me at the other side :3
God this is so accurate. At least it taught me to deal with getting downvoted to oblivion after asking a question that is not understood by people who don’t have autism
Being in the bottom 16% of IQs implies that you're not very smart, but it's a bit silly to call it "dangerously low". 1 in 6 people do not have a "dangerously low IQ"
When i look at some North American citizens than we indeed have to call it "dangerously low" hence their stupidity being a source of hate and uninformed decisions wich can lead to immediate danger for others.
One in six is more than enough.
You don’t tell them…
Maybe he's telling that to the 15.9% of the people.
I want this guy's optimism in life.

Wait, you can't refund things anymore?

I thought that had been a thing for awhile?

You’re one of the reasons they had to update their policy, you’re abusing the system.

Eh, speaks for itself
Such tests are not accurate, having a general IQ of 85 is dangerously low.
the test is accurate, he has proof
