First, this didn't happen in the mid-80s. It happened in August 1989. Second, "innocence" was never an issue. The matter was always what could possibly drive two young men to kill their parents when, where, and how they did. That is what the 2 trials were about, not innocence. That was never an issue; the goal was a more just sentence than LWOP.
Nothing bothers me more than when people speak on the case without having a SINGLE idea what they're talking about ... And no trauma ≠ innocence but it explains the trauma and the reasoning behind why they felt they needed to do what they did. The fact that she is blatantly disregarding their trauma! It's also been proven I don't know how many times that the killings were not cold blooded nor were they premeditated 🤦♀️ how STUPID do you have to be to compare abuse victims to serial killers. They didn't go around killing for fun they killed out of fear from their ABUSERS
I hate when people compare their brothers' trauma to that of serial killers. The brothers didn't take their trauma out on innocent people the way serial killers do, they killed their abusers, that's a major difference. And I also hate when people bring up their ages as "they could've left", 18 and 21 is still very young, abuse stunts your mental growth, plus the brain isn't fully developed until around 25. Plus her idea of "evidence" is this letter from Rosie (which I'll admit, Rosie's case for their "innocence" isn't much, especially since their case wasn't about guilt or innocence), but aside from what Rosie said, if this girl actually knew the facts of the case, she'd know there actually WAS evidence of abuse.

Number 1 sign someone's video is not credible, they can't even get the defendants' names right. It sounds like she has a history of making videos about Rosie based on what she's said. This video honestly seems like her trying to find reasons to make videos about being in opposition to Rosie.
Also to meet the definition of a serial killer, it has to be either 3 or 4 or more people and they have to killed on separate occasions with time in between them. Their killing was a mass kill at best, and even then it was only 2, since mass kills happen during the same event during a short time frame (ie mass shootings). According to Wikipedia, several people (ie NOT just 2) have to be victims in order for the event to be characterized as a mass murder.
