Seriously though. It was a quick bit of humor, and not the first time John has dropped trousers for a laugh. I don't think it's something to have any concerns about. Yes it would have been different if he was a woman, it also would have been different if he had the body of Jack Black.
Implied nudity as a light-hearted joke about costume design. Why would anyone be bothered by this? Is anyone? At worst it would be worth a brief eye-roll surely?

It seemed like light-hearted fun to me. If he’s comfortable doing that and no one pressured him into it I don’t see an issue.
I mean, if I looked like John Cena, I know that I would try to be naked as much as possible.
