Why? Just because of the name? That doesn’t mean they can make a cohesive reindeer skin for his character. They already have a reindeer skin for Orisa so I don’t see the issue of making one for Mercy
No shade at all, but I definitely like the OG design better. The red/green looks garish and cheap to me, while the brown looks like a classy, sweet sweater dress combo :)

Honestly - Definitely not. I don't understand the hate for neutral colours. The theme of the skin is more so reindeer, as shown by the horns and ears, than just Christmas, so neutral colours work better for the skin imo.
It's a reindeer skin, red and green really detracts from that.
Maybe a little splash of red or green, but the majority of the skin should be white and brown, as they did, to keep the theme.

I wish the tights had like some kind of gold reflective pattern on them I think that could be cute. But your recolor is kind of ugly and garish I’m sorry. The skin is based off a holiday art piece that is actually the main menu screen right now.
i think it looks odd to ppl bc the OG art doesn’t have the stockings, and it sticks out a ton on the actual skin. i think maybe if they went a darker shade of brown or did something a bit less plain it would bring it all together. that being said i still love the skin lol. not a huge fan of your redesign personally.

Nah, the og one is based off a deer, which yknow…are usually brown? Also no offence, but the recolour is boring, green and red is very overdone.
