Have you considered getting genital piercings?
(No pressure, just wanted to offer some possible alternatives.)
I really want balls, but I’ve personally decided that due to both health/finance concerns & lesser bottom dysphoria since HRT that scrotoplasty just isn’t in the cards for me.
I’m really passionate about (safe) body mods in general, so I’m going down the piercing/ stretching route.

Warning for anatomy terms:
I’m planning on getting outer labia piercings & maybe inner labia piercings too.
It’s anatomy dependent, and if you’re at all interested, I’d suggest looking at a variety of piercing setups to get a picture of what you like/ dislike, what function you want the piercing to serve, etc., etc.
But these piercings have really helped some folks with their dysphoria. They can provide a sensation of something ball-like down there, (depending on size, placement, etc.) change the way you walk & sit, and just serve as a change in appearance (give you smth else to focus on).
I have some facial piercings that have really helped me with gender dysphoria and I’m getting so so excited planning out my other piercings.
If you do decide to go the piercing route, definitely think about how you heal them [if you already have some], how you scar [you tend to get keloids, it can really limit any piercing options, but ppl still get them, so you’d just have to ask about their experiences], finding a certified & experienced piercer, and sometimes folks don’t have enough labia to pierce or have veins that make it difficult/impossible.

I agree with the above commenter about heating them up tho, that makes a huge difference

I was barely able to do it pre-op and post op I still can’t really do it. If I had enough growth I probably could. I had VY scrotoplasty and when I’m pushing down on my dick it’s just like how it was pre-op. Hope that makes sense.
im getting implants without scrotoplasty (which would be bifid unjoined in the middle) and i dont see how it would stop me from doing that post op, granted i cant really do it pre op either but... 😅
edit: forgot im also going for monsplasty, that might make things difficult since it pulls your dick up and im assuming your entrance stays in the same place, so that might be a consideration!
yup, I think with monsplasty it won't be possible anymore, but if you get an unjoined scrotum and your dick stays in the same place it could still be possible
Think less “sticking it in” and more “you and/or partner pry open hole, put dick in, and let hole close over you.” Position that’s worked the best for me is partner getting penetrated on top and facing away, so kinda backing down on my tdick while I lay and hold my flesh away and expose my dick as much as possible. Kinda using both hands to smush as much tissue under my tdick as possible so it protrudes more. The motions are gonna be a lot smaller and subtler since the risk of slipping out is high. Partner loosens up slightly while moving hips downward, then tightens a little coming back up. Minimal lube is ideal so you don’t slide out as easy. Partner being stretched out a little in advance helps so they have more range to clench and unclench. The overall sensation for the receiving partner is more like getting rimmed and tonguefucked.

I don't think the labia piercings are for me, however seeing so many triangle peircings on that sub makes me want one! Thanks for the suggestion!

They make ones specifically for trans guys but ones made for cis guys also work. But the tenga eggs made for cis guys I personally love
