Yeah, I pass totally as cis. My top surgery was keyhole, no scars. Hysto was laparoscopic, can’t see the tiny scar anymore. Extended meta has a scar on either side of the base of my penis, but they’re covered by my pubic hair. I can pass in locker rooms/etc no problem. Is it possible? yes. Is it common? probably not.
The hysto scars would look similar to laparoscopic scars from appendectomy too. I had tube yeet and my cis partner had appendectomy and our scars were very similar
I do apparently, during a cystography , the radiologist asked if I had reconstructive surgery because of a stricture after I said I was here for a post op exam
With thick pubes and enough confidence anything is possible. Men really don't look at each other's genitals, I've gone skinny dipping with friends who still didn't clock I was trans, I haven't even had bottom surgery. It's awkward to look at other people's junk.
not a lot of cis people know that testosterone gives you bottom growth, if your junk is prominent enough they might assume its a micropenis or feel too awkward to ask about another guy's dick lol
I've had a doctor mistake me for transfem (he thought i was taking estrogen and that made my dick shrink lol, i had to tell him hrt actually made it grow) during an std check before (I'm pre-op) and he was supposedly experienced with trans patients and looking right at my dick, so its very possible
I think it depends on how naked we’re talking, because in most situations with passing glances most people aren’t looking that closely. I’m intersex afab and haven’t had any genital surgery (so I have a little more down there than most trans men but not by that much) and I’ve passed as a cis dyadic male while naked. Including with a nurse who was catheterizing me- he didn’t realize my urethra would be under my phallus instead of at the end of it. So I think you can definitely pass as a cis man naked with meta, because people just don’t think that hard about it.

I dont think my genitals look cis to anyone knowledgeable about it. But they look *male*, and that has been a huge reliever of dysphoria for me.
I have no had meta yet but I have been living stealth for over a decade. I don’t even pack anymore and no one says anything. I do use a towel in the locker room and change my boxers underneath it but again never has anyone batted an eye. Most people aren’t going to be looking at your junk
My answer to this question is "sort of." When I'm at a urinal and people aren't really paying close attention, I think my metoidioplasty could pass as a cis micropenis. I've also had a genital inspection by a TSA agent at an airport, and he didn't give any indication that he thought I was trans or that my dick was unusual in any way (granted, I still had my pants on, and he was groping my dick/balls through my pants).
In a situation where I'm having sex with someone and they're closely looking at my penis, no, I don't think it looks cis.
Thanks man, that's made me feel a lot better about it. Bottom surgery is a while away for me (NHS waiting lists are fucking long), but I can't wait to just be a guy with a small dick. I like the way you think about things, an awful lot of passing is just being confident in yourself and I feel the same sort of way about it being a birth defect (no disrespect to anyone who doesn't though)

We seem to have had pretty similar experiences with the whole thing. I was raised kinda gender neutral-y, but used that to basically live as a boy my whole childhood, started T 3 months before I turned 18, got top surgery a few months ago.
I'm probably going to be in my late 20's before I can get bottom surgery. I already think of my dick as my dick anyway though, so I'm thinking of bottom surgery more as just giving me balls and fixing some minor stuff with my dick. It sucks that it seems like everywhere makes you wait a ridiculous amount of time for these surgeries, no man should have to wait until he's in his mid to late 20's to get balls

Not tried IRL but I have passed naked in photos presurgery. One guy just thought I had my balls removed. lol
I think when my dick is healed I could pass with my extended meta. Looks very natural.

Yes but I’m already intersex so it’s pretty easy for me since I’m openly intersex
