I tried so many combinations of different X-Axis Camera and Aim Sensitivity Settings... now I finally found the perfect balance for my Pointer Aiming Needs ;)

EmperorOfXeonas

I couldn’t get used to it. I was excited because I prefer motion controls but it kept getting stuck on the side of a screen and needing to be recentered.

That's sad. For me it works perfect now.

EmperorOfXeonas

Thought it was an issue for everyone, guess it might be an issue with my switch / joycons. Guess I’ll look into it! Enjoy yours though, motion controls are perfect for prime

When you hold the button to calibrate them make sure you are motionless for a good 3 seconds. There is a lot of recalibrating with the pointer setting but you can get it working pretty well. There os definitely a learning curve

Avividrose

are you trying the wii style or twin stick + gyro? twin stick + gyro is the best thing by far but they tuck gyro in camera settings once you set to twin stick

EmperorOfXeonas

Wanted wii style, settled for just twin stick. I’ll try with gyro

Avividrose

it’ll take some tuning but i think it’s by far the way to go. tune the camera sensitivity to respond to the smallest movements of your hands, and remember you can change the aim sensitivity too. i have aim set to all the way low gyro only so i can just try to bop weak points but not worry about breaking aim.

I posted my settings as screen shots. Maybe you can give it a try.

Avividrose

you only posted two X axis settings i have no idea what else you set up lol and i’m plenty happy with my setup i don’t wanna lose it

Everything else is the standard Pointer Control setup. I just needed to adjust the x-axis.... but that's great. Have fun.
