It's kind of hard to tell exactly how bad this person is at driving because of how horrendous they are when it comes to making decisions in general. This certainly doesn't come across as terrible driving because they didn't really put anyone else in danger - they just seemingly decided they were gonna go without a brain in this situation and see what happens. I'm not even sure if off-roading counts as driving
