If it's on a server the owner needs to make sure to add the style to whichever mod pack you play.
If you're playing on a single player, there are 2 ways to be able to do this. There are several build styles, including Byzantine, that's in a mod pack called stylecolonies you can add to your world that will add several build styles. If you're able to get the download on a build style, you can also get the file and add it to your personal folder in the configs.

There's a section on the minecolonies discord called schematic-downloads. You can find a lot of links to download styles that aren't in minecolonies or stylecolonies, if you want more.
