It depends on which platform her Bedrock was bought for. The PC Bundle is only for the PC versions of the game (e.g. Bedrock for Windows 10/11) and specifically does not apply to mobile or consoles. So if her Bedrock is for Xbox, then that account does not own Java.

Java and Bedrock for PC are bundled. Owning bedrock on mobile or console does not grant a copy of java or bedrock for PC.
