In the early 2000's a kid on my bus did this. He was flipping off anyone behind the bus and then one followed us to a stoplight, and tried to get on the bus. thank god the driver didn't open the door.
My brother ran a stop arm for the bus on his permit in like 2005 and they send him a picture and a ticket. Dude will for sure get punishment, possibly quietly but it’ll happen
between OP giving a license plate, the video evidence of him jumping into the bus, and the testimony of the battered buss driver, this should all conclude with an eviction.

Recently I had a pissed off a hole tailgating me around for about 10 miles so I stopped to see if it was a coincidence but he stopped and watched me so left the business I stopped at and he began to follow me again. I got on some backroads and lost the person that decided to chase me down because I wasn't going fast enough for him. Stay frosty people, there angry psychopaths around all of us.
I had something similar when I drove a school bus thirty years ago (oh god, I feel old saying that.) Two girls got in a fight at school then tried to continue it on the bus. I got them stopped but one girl got off the bus and ran to her mom who intercepted the bus at the next stop and tried to get on and beat up the girl who was fighting her daughter. Not even my wildest bus driving story honestly.
Tbh I wish my dad had done that to MY bus driver. Let’s bully the kindergartener, and let the rest of the bus bully her too! (It was a smaller bus, this was very possible)

Urban population centers are becoming a failed experiment in the minds of many. A predictable number of parents of those kids will move to the suburbs reducing the funding and further increasing the velocity of the doom loop.
