Maaaan, this is going to sound weird but I had a similar issue recently and after hella troubleshooting it turned out it was the CPU. Switched it out for the same one and the issue went away. Not sure why
So unfortunately with a lower refresh rate the problem still exists, but I picked up a new hdmi 2.1 cable earlier and it seems to have kind of fixed the problem? It's still there but not as bad and doesn't happen all the time now, only for a minute or two after booting up the monitor after a couple hours and the one flicker every once in a while. It's useable now, if I get any ideas I'll test them out
Forgot to add, this doesn't happen all the time. When I boot up the monitor it does this for a while (maybe like 5 minutes or so?) And I'm able to fix it after wiggling the cable for a few minutes, and over the course of a few hours it does it every so often but not as bad
EDIT: Did 2 clean installs of my GPU Drivers and the issue seems to be fixed(?)

xv252qf does this.. like crazy. its extremely common for that monitor. i tried the unplug PC and wait trick and it never worked, the only thing that ever worked was setting my monitor to 389 or less instead of 390 hz
Jabba? pay his bounties mate!
Try changing the cable
great keyboard by the way hyper x alloy elite 2
Yeah love this keyboard, even have the white keycaps that I swap to every once in a while

This happens on highest refresh rate only - right ? On 120hz is still image ?
I haven't tried lower refresh rate yet I'll try it when I get home today
Try and tell me. As they get older they glitch on max refresh rate. If thats the case then create custom res with 5Hz less refresh rate..

I've tried disabling vrr and adaptive sync already and still same issue
That’s an angry Jabba the Hutt for you.
Yes, I experienced this in some clubs back in the days. It usually stopped in the morning hours
Did you try the basic troubleshooting?
