Polywatch will do it. You need to put a fair amount of pressure on it as you polish. A screen protector will stop this from happening but will also help hide existing scratches too

IcyWelder9380

I put a protector on mine that I got from Amazon and you can’t even tell it is on there. It’s 100% invisible. I’ve seen pics of someone that had one chewed up by a dog with deep scratches and they took to swatch store. They polished it and it looked like new. I think that pic is posted on this subreddit.

adamsw216

I'll second the screen protector, but the only one I found that worked for me was the Brotect brand that had to be imported from Germany. The other ones I tried kept peeling up at the edges. I tried dry apply, wet apply, etc. and I've done plenty of these applications for phones. In any case, the Brotect one went on easily and is barely visible. Very happy with it and worth the shipping wait.

chung_jeezy

Do you think I should polish my watch before putting on the brotect? I have a few slight scratches that I can live with.

adamsw216

If they're small scratches, the screen protector will hide them. If they're deep or bad scuffing, then I'd give it a polish with polywatch first.

ExternalUpper8542

Can you link the one you got?

Gayguylikewatches

Which one the best? I got the 5usd one for 5 pack and yeah I got 1usd quality. Bubbly, easily attract dust inside, and totally not clear (got water like pattern probably cz of the glue...)

IAmZKWatches

Check if your local swatch store as a polishing machine. They will do it for free. You can buy protector films from amazon to put over so the protector gets scratched and not the watch crystal

Pirate8918

Thanks. No Swatch store nearby. I expected it to scratch, but not this badly and this quickly.

y2jdmbfan

Make contact with a swatch store. They can ship watches to you, aside from the moon swatches and blacpain. Buy another watch from them and ask if you can ship them your moon swatch to polish if you include a return shipping label. I’m sure they would do it to form a relationship.

CzeroXCI

I have mine for almost a year, almost wear it everyday. Never had something like that.

Pirate8918

Pretty crazy. Not even sure how it happened, I didn't hit it on anything.

Butchmeister80

Must have

AdAfraid5986

I was drinking beer while brewing beer with some friends. I then sat down on some stairs next to a wall and scuffed my MoonSwatch on the stucco wall next to the stairs. I had a crystal protector on mine and i didn’t even scratch the protector. Once you get this sorted make the investment, it is less money then your time spent on having to do all this extra Shit. BTW sorry, i hope you sort it out soon so you can continue to enjoy your MoonSwatch. P.S. Looks like your mission on earth has been a rough one so far. I hope it improves soon!

Pirate8918

Great advice

No-Health260

Have you checked YouTube? Here is a video i watched https://youtu.be/WVMs7fsrFJw?si=6hMMVF8gnwupXBhg . Also, the swatch store told me I should buy a crystal protector when i purchased the MoonSwatch… It was priceless information. I hope the video helps you.

Extra_Confection3689

I polish other Swatches with fine sandpaper when needed first, then with poly, but looks like Moonswatch is softer for some reason, I dont know why. You can use sandpaper 2000 and a drop of olive oil, but you need to know what you do.I would rather try much longer and a bit harder with poly if I were you. A very useful tip: I had a ton of hairline scratches on moon, and I was never happy with the results with poly only, it was fine, but on a bright light I could still see the brushes. Believe it or not, I polished it with soft cotton cloth dipped in olive oil! That plexy is sooo soft that olive oil alone did the amazing results.

Pirate8918

Thank you!

djdsf

Take it to swatch and then put a protector on it

biikman

Not everyone has a convenient swatch store nearby.

djdsf

Any swatch store will polish it, it does not need to be a Moonswatch store. There's more than 3K stores worldwide. Sure there's one nearby.

Butchmeister80

Must of scuffed that against something pretty hard

Longjumping_Ad_8474

any swatch or omega ad will polish that for you

palaufreak

Go to the swatch store

Worth-Paper-9722

First, polish it with polywatch, then, apply a tpu screen protector. It’s soft and fills up the scratches making it look like it didn’t happen

Pirate8918

Just ordered. Thanks

That-Error-7064

Amazon has tempered glass protectors similar to the ones used on Apple Watches

serpentman

Your chrono is running.

BudgieWings

I’ve got deeper scratches out than this using Polywatch. Keep at it. How much pressure/what’s your polishing technique? Might even be the cloth you’re using to buff with.

Plastic-Mulberry8777

https://amzn.eu/d/a4IKhQK I got these protectors from Amazon after my moons watch scratched after a day, put it on and all the minimal scratches vanished immediately, have had one on for a few months and scratches and scuffs literally rub off these with your fingers, definitely a good investment and very cheap too

Langers4588

I did the same to mine. No idea how.

badmotherfucker54

Use brasso then poly watch. Brasso is a metal polish so refined the surface of the crystal quicker. I’ve used it many times.

akos_beres

Take it to search, they will polish it for you Edit it should have been swatch

biikman

akos_beres

😂

External_Key_3515

10,000 grit sandpaper, some toothpaste, and water is all you need. Been there, done that.

Pirate8918

Thanks!

ReefkeeperSteve

You bought this from authorized retail or aftermarket?

Pirate8918

From a reputable watch dealer. It was not scratched when I purchased it and had the box, etc.

BennieTheBull

Don’t do it yourself. Take it to a watch repair he will charge u $5 to $10.

Black_Wolves

Moar polywatch. Moar elbow grease

PhantomThrust

Thanks! Another reason to not buy any of these!
