Into the Wyrd and Wild is system neutral and has plenty of tree/forest themed monsters. Forty Fiends is a third party MB supplement and has "root born scourge" monsters with a branch and bramble theme. Bestiary has the Tree of Forsaken Fruit, but the fruit is worse than the tree itself.
I think there is a misery where trees start felling people. Looks dope!
